5 Best Exercises to Tone Your Legs!
We all treasure being blessed with legs and should endeavor to strengthen and tone them. Here are 5 best exercises to have lean toned leg muscles. Lie down on your back and lift your left leg towards the ceiling. You can bend your left leg a bit or put your feet on the floor and bend your right knee to enhance your stability. Now arc your left leg while you inhale and while you exhale circle it down till it crosses your midline and then bring it to the center. Repeat the activity clockwise 3 times then anticlockwise 3 times and then switch legs.
